VoiceTel-24, our free, 24/7 telephone account access service, can be used with a touchtone keypad (in English or Spanish) or by voice command (in English). With the interactive voice-recognition technology of voice command, you can use any type of telephone and have access to the same inquiries and transactions. It's easy to use and it's ideal for hands-free cell phone or speakerphone use.

Inquiries include:

  • Account balances
  • Checking and savings transaction history
  • Cleared checks
  • Loan payoff status

Transactions include:

  • Calculate estimated loan payments
  • Change your VoiceTel-24 PIN
  • Check withdrawal from savings or checking account
  • Loan payments
  • Stop payments on checks
  • Transfer funds between accounts

VoiceTel-24 access is not available on Student/Parent loans, some real estate loans and Visa® card information. Federal regulations permit no more than six transfers and withdrawals from a share savings account per calendar month by pre-authorized or automatic transfer or telephonic instruction, and no more than three of such transfers may be made by check or similar order payable to third parties. Additional transfers must be made in person, by written authorization or ATM.
