Free Visa® e-Statements

To help make our planet greener, if you have a LAFCU Visa® credit card you can sign up for FREE monthly online Visa e-Statements and stop receiving paper statements. It will be accessible from inside e-Link Visa®, and you will be notified each month by email when it´s ready for viewing. You can reach e-Link Visa®, a free, secure service that lists card history, by clicking on your credit card number inside e-Branch, our free account-access service (if you do not have an e-Branch PIN, contact us during business hours). After signing up, you will have access to Visa e-Statements starting with your next card billing cycle.

Making a Visa credit card payment is easier and faster online: After viewing your Visa e-Statement, close e-Link Visa then use e-Branch to transfer funds from your checking or savings account into your Visa card account.

SIGNING UP FOR VISA E-STATEMENTS

1) E-BRANCH: Log into e-Branch then use one of two methods to access e-Link Visa:

  • On the main Account Access page, click on the name of the credit card you want to sign up (i.e. "Visa") to reach the e-Link Visa page. OR
  • Click the "Online Services" button on the main Account Access page, then click the "Enter" button to the right of the e-Link Visa logo.

2) E-LINK VISA PAGE: Click the "Online Services" link, then in the "Select Card" dropdown, select a card to sign up (if you only have one card it will automatically pre-fill your card number. If your activated LAFCU Visa credit card is not yet listed in the dropdown, you can add it by clicking "Add New Card" from the Online Services section). This will take you to the "My Profile" page.

3) MY PROFILE: Under "Services," click on the "Enroll in eStatements" link.

4) EMAIL ADDRESS: On the "eStatement Enrollment" page, the "Current Email Address" shown is the same address you previously provided inside e-Branch. Follow the steps to enter and verify your email address in the fields provided. This is the email address that will be sent your Visa e-Statements notifications.

5) TERMS: After completing the email verification, if you want to receive LAFCU Visa e-Statements, you must read and agree to the "Terms & Conditions" by clicking the box to the left of "I accept the Terms & Conditions for e-Statement Enrollment."

6) SCREEN MESSAGE: After agreeing to the Terms, you will receive the following enrollment screen message: "You have successfully enrolled in electronic statements and will receive email confirmation within 24 hours. You will begin receiving your statement electronically with your next billing cycle. You will also receive a paper statement for two additional billing cycles. If you have enrolled in electronic statements in error and would like to cancel, please click here. Your confirmation number is #####."

[NOTE: If you click the underlined word "here" in the Enrollment Message: You will not be enrolled in Visa eStatements, and you will reach a page that says: "You have successfully cancelled your eStatement enrollment. You will no longer receive an electronic statement and will receive future statements in the mail."

7) EMAIL: A confirmation (from "emessage@pscufs.com") will be sent to the email address you provided on the enrollment form with the subject "E-Statement Enrollment Confirmation." This is the text of the email: "Dear Cardholder: Welcome to electronic credit card statement delivery from your credit union! If you have selected to receive only electronic statements, you will continue to receive paper statements for two billing cycles. After the second billing cycle, you will only receive electronic statements. Each month, you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready for you to view, print, or download from our online application. If you enrolled in electronic statements in error, please login to our online banking application to unenroll.
Thank you. Cardholder Service"

8) EMAIL REMINDER: When your Visa e-Statement is ready for viewing inside e-Link Visa, you will receive an email from LAFCU@pscufs.com (please add this to your email address book).

9) CHANGES: You can change the email address to which your monthly Visa eStatement email notifications will be sent. On the e-Link Visa page, click the "Online Services" link, enter the new email address in the two fields, then click the "Continue" button on the bottom of the page. The next screen will say: "Your information has successfully been updated. Thank You."

ACCESSING VISA E-STATEMENTS (AFTER SIGNING UP)

1) Log into e-Branch.

2) On the "e-Branch Account Access" page, click on the name of the credit card you want to access (or click the "Online Services" button, then click the "Enter" button to the right of the e-Link visa logo.

3) Once on the e-Link Visa page, click the "Online Services" link. Select which Visa card e-Statement to access from the "Select Card" dropdown (it must be one you had previously signed up). This will take you to the "My Profile" page.

4) Inside "My Profile," click "List eStatements" in the "Services" section to view and/or print your statement

CANCELING VISA E-STATEMENTS (AFTER SIGNING UP)

1) Log into e-Branch

2) On the "e-Branch Account Access" page, click on the name of the credit card to access (or click the "Online Services" button, then click the "Enter" button to the right of the e-Link Visa logo).

3) Once on the e-Link Visa page, click the "Online Services" link. Select which Visa card e-Statement to view from the "Select Card" dropdown (it must be one previously signed up). This will take you to the "My Profile" page.

4) Inside "My Profile," click "Cancel eStatements"

5) The next screen will say: "You have successfully cancelled your eStatement enrollment. You will no longer receive an electronic statement and will receive future statements in the mail."
