Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)

In the event that you become disabled or pass away, as a result of a covered accident, AD&D insurance pays benefits to you or your beneficiaries. Those between the ages of 18 and 69 are eligible and upon pre-enrollment, you will receive $2,000 in free coverage. Additional coverage is available from CUNA Mutual Insurance Society (CMIS) and premiums can be automatically deducted from your LAFCU checking or savings account.
